  Have conducted business with Debnar's routinely for chainsaw and other minor outdoor work related requirements. Unfortunately they are the closest Stihl dealer to me within a good number of miles. Overall I have found the service to be inconsistent ranging from average to poor. They are not good at contacting the customer when necessary or agreed to within a timely manner. I am not a person that requires much assistance or needs to be doted on, but I routinely get the impression that there is not a genuine appreciation in servicing the customer or aim to better the customers experience. If the place was not so darned close for the necessary, mid-job trips, I would have found another location to conduct my business years ago. I will have to give another effort to researching a closer suitable business.
